Terms of Service

By using Decision Genie ("the app"), you agree to these terms. Decision Genie is operated by Devan Hemmings ("we", "us") from California, USA, and these terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

What the app is

Decision Genie is a playful tool for breaking ties on small, low-stakes decisions. Outputs from the wheel, coin, dice, 8-ball, and Genie are for entertainment only and are not professional advice (medical, financial, legal, or otherwise).

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for activity on your account. Don't impersonate others, abuse the service, or attempt to break it.

Subscriptions and one-time purchases

• Genie Plus is a recurring subscription billed monthly ($3.99) or annually ($29.99). It auto-renews until cancelled.
• Wish packs are one-time purchases that credit wishes to your account.
• You can cancel a subscription anytime in Account → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Plus until then.
• Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date by emailing support@geniedecision.com.

Acceptable use

Don't use the app to harass others, store unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
